Mandatory - Current medical and emergency update form on file All parents/caregivers are to keep a copy for themselves.

Attendance - 80% of practice and attend 2 qualifiers. This along with good attitude, sportsmanship and readiness are the criteria that must be met in order to be eligible to attend the state competition.
