If you enjoy walking or running, throwing, and jumping, you can be a “track & field” athlete. Come outside and use your athletic ability to compete with other athletes while visiting with friends and making new ones. No experience is required. Our coaches will train you for the events that fit you best!

Track and Field (also known as Athletics) practices begin Wednesday, April 5th, 2006, at Frederick High School.

In order to participate, you MUST have a current medical form on file with the Frederick County Special Olympics. In addition, in order to compete in state competitions, you MUST compete in a minimum of 2 qualifying meets.
