 How do I find more information?: This year we are using a specially tailored web site to register golfers and sponsors. The web site may be found at http://www.tournevents.com/sofcgolf where you will see a complete listing of the tournament schedule, a menu item for sign-up (for golfers, foursomes, and sponsors), a listing of sponsorship opportunities, a link to Maryland National Golf Club (where you may find more detailed information concerning the course), and a return link to the SOMD Frederick web site.
Not A Golfer?: You can also help support our annual Special Olympics Spring Swing Golf Tournament by considering a donation of your hard earned cash and/or by volunteering to assist the tournament committee as we build the tournament (tell your golfing friends to sign up), and as we execute the tournament on the day of the event. To donate your time as a volunteer, please contact Bill Papproth at sofcgolf@frontier.com , providing your name, address and telephone number, and express a brief description of what form of volunteerism is of interest to you.
How may I pay the fees?: Once registered, registration fees, donations and other related tournament remittances can be made on-line at our tournament fundraiser First Giving site ( to be posted shortly). Alternatively, remittances may be mailed to Special Olympics of Frederick County at 1144 Ridge Road, Mt Airy, MD 21771. Please make all checks or money orders payable to SOFC (Golf Tournament).
