The most recent Athlete Congress Statements are here. FUNDRAISERS CAR WASHES!!! Ruth Vickers has scheduled several car washes at the 7th Street Exxon. The last date is August 5 from 10am - 2pm. Please email Ruth to sign up to help. CONCESSION STANDS COME OUT AND SUPPORT OUR SOMD FREDERICK ATHLETES!!! AND BE SURE TO TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS!!! Also, We are trying to organize "The Frederick Challenge" fundraiser which is a take off from "The Amazing Race". We hope this can be "OUR" signature event. By this I mean enough money so that we will NOT have to do smaller fundraisers every month!! We really need a lot of help and ideas so please let me know if you are interested! Be sure that you email all results after qualifiers and state competitions to both Donna Arthur and Jennifer Bittner. Please include the details for WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, HOW and SPECIAL (meaning anything else that made the event memorable). COACHES TRAINING Training classes are required for those interested in coaching SOMD teams. These classes will also benefit parents who assist the coaches.
