Mandatory - Current medical and emergency update form on file. All parents/caregivers are to keep a copy for themselves.

Attendance - 80% of practice and attend 2 qualifiers. This along with good attitude, sportsmanship and readiness are the criteria that must be met in order to be eligible to be able to attend the Summer Games in July in Mt. Saint Mary’s College. SOMD rules state that an athlete must be seizure free for one year in order to be eligible to go to state competition.

Basic Requirements

basic swimming skills and no fear of water
swim suit or clothes that can get wet
water shoes or shoes that can get wet,
water bottle, sunscreen, towel, and bike helmet
