The SOMD-Frederick County Gymnastics team would like to thank Jack F. Poole for his contribution of training and competition uniforms for the squad. Jack's support of our
athletes helps us continue to Inspire Greatness.

Mandatory - Current medical and emergency update form on file.
All parents/caregivers are to keep a copy for themselves.

Attendance - 80% of practices and attend 2 qualifiers. This along with attitude, sportsmanship and readiness are the criteria that must be met in order to be eligible to attend state competition.

Official Events

Mixed Gender Events:

Vaulting, Wide Beam, Floor Exercise, Tumbling,
All Around (Combination of all four event scores)

Men's Events:

Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vaulting, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar,
All Around (combination of previous six events)

Women's Events:

Vaulting, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor Exercise,
All Around (Combination of previous four events)
