MANDATORY - Current medical and emergency update form on file.
All parents/caregivers are to keep a copy for themselves.

Attendance - 80% of practices and attend 2 qualifiers. These along with good attitude, sportsmanship and readiness are the criteria that must be met in order to be eligible to attend Summer Games in June at Towson University.
